Manchester United midfielder Michael Carrick will be out for up to six weeks after it was revealed he has broken a bone in his foot.

Do you think this will be a problem?

I'm pretty sure it's going to be a problem for Michael Carrick Excuse the sarcasm...for United, I think Hargreaves is fit, so he'll play instead. Nowhere near the player that Carrick is and vastly overrated but I'm sure Hargreaves will do some good for Man U.

Hargreaves is a good enough replacement for Carrick in my view. Plus he's good with set pieces. What's really hurting them is the absence of Ronaldo in mid-field. They need some fire power and quick !

Ronaldo and Anderson in the midfield today energized the midfield, it was obvious that they were both missed.  I think Hargreaves is injury prone, but a quality player and quite a different player to Carrick.  Carrick is a silent killer.  His injury will keep him out for a month or so, the deadly attack of the metatarsal again!
