Does anyone know if all of the sites (free or subscription)which offer such services have such a poor quality picture most of the time? Or can anyone recommend which one offers the best quality please?

I have tried Netfootie(pay) and Livedoctorserv(free) and both provide dreadful pictures most of the time, although amazingly the free one was the better and more reliable of the two! So "getting what you pay for" doesn't seem to apply in this case.

I watch Fox Soccer Channel for free on a program called TVU.  It may not have the EPL coverage you're looking for, but I think they should 3 live games per week and some other replays.  Hope that helps.
