OK, spanking Derby 6-0 is hardly an achievement, even Spurs have managed to give Derby a kicking.

But what seems to have happened is that Benitez has (whisper it) actually bought a Premiership class striker.

No, not him...but Andriy Voronin. Voronin looks like an old fashioned English style No 9 and I predict 12-15 Premiership goals from the guy this season.

And, yeah, Torres will get some too. This may well be enough to tip the title Liverpool's way.

This may be a plus point for them but they need to improve their game as a team not as an individual....they need a team player not a selfish player....

In my opinion liverpool just arn't good enough yet. If you look at chelsea and man utd squad look at the back up they have if people get injured. They still have top quality players to stand in like, Ballack, Drogba, Hargreaves (when not injured), Tevez. Liverpool just havn't got that

Chelski and Utd do have better squads, but it's true that all the players you've mentioned, PAGET91 are injury prone (excepting Tevez, who never starts).

It's irrelevant whether Hargreaves or Drogba are better than Benayoun or Keane. It's about fit players playing and I hate to say it, but Liverpool are in with a chance of winning it this season.

i dont think your right they draw stupid games like stoke fulham and west ham when they should be picking up the 3 points. They just can't do it, not this season anyway

This season everyone is drawing stupid games and right now Liverpool are top so they must be doing something right.
